Starting in the early 2000s, Schoeman ventured into music and publishing, playing pivotal roles at Maranatha Record Company, Merchant Music, and CopyCare Africa. These early experiences set the stage for her entrepreneurial spirit. In 2010, her path led her to Cape Town, where she founded NewTunes Publishing, deepening her passion for music and storytelling.

In 2012, Schoeman's entry into the South African film and television industry marked a pivotal turning point. Her role as Production Manager for the acclaimed Afrikaans film Klein Karoo propelled her into the spotlight, highlighting her exceptional leadership and organisational skills. From there, her career flourished with productions like Vallei van Sluiers, Die Boekklub, and numerous celebrated films and series.

A versatile talent, Schoeman also explored writing, earning her first credit with the reality programme Noah's Ark on Sky TV. Her creative journey expanded further with DreamBeyond Productions, where she developed powerful narratives in projects like Unveiled Essence and Mrs Potts' Thanksgiving.

Schoeman's literary contributions continue to grow. Works like Ek wil ‘n CD opneem, wat nou? and When Music is Your Business showcase her deep knowledge and passion for the arts. Her debut novel, For the Love of Pearl, captivated readers in 2020, while her recent devotional, Romans 8: Walk in Fullness - A 21-Day Devotional, released in November 2024 and available for free download, invites readers into a journey of spiritual reflection and growth. Looking ahead to 2025, her upcoming book, Dare to be Still, is an exploration of stillness, meditation, rest, and journaling from a Biblical Perspective.

In 2024, Schoeman launched Red Ripple Communications, combining her extensive experience to support start-ups in establishing a strong brand presence, building their audience, and growing sustainably. With Red Ripple, she partners with new ventures to create lasting impact and success.
